How-To Place Your Order:

My on-line shop uses Mal's e-commerce secure server (SSL).  which encrypts all your credit card information, so that it cannot be read or viewed as this information travels over the internet.  At check-out your order will be transferred to Mal's e-commerce transaction server - ww4.aitsafe.com, to protect your credit card information.

You also have a choice to order on-line and send your check by mail (please note that your order will not be processed till the payment is cleared.)

Money orders and Personal/business checks
Please allow 5-10 business days for the money order/checks to clear before your order can be shipped.  If I do not receive your full payment within 30 days after you place your order on-line, your order will be canceled.  Returned checks are subject to a service charge of US$20.00, or the maximum allowed by law.

Shipping:

I ship orders by US Postal Service.   While your package may actually arrive much earlier, please allow 3-4 weeks since many items are made to order.  It may take longer for a quantity order or an order placed during the show seasons (March-May and September-December).  I will notify you promptly if it will take longer.

Shipping & Handling Charge:

US$5.75 per shipping within U.S.postal codes
US$22.75 per shipping to Canada
US$32.75 per shipping to other countries

All international customers are responsible for customs, duties and brokerage fees, which vary by country.  These costs are not included in my shipping/handling charges.  If an international shipment is refused in customs or at the delivery address, the customer is responsible for the return freight in addition to any customs, duties and brokerage fees charged for the return to our address in the United States.

Satisfaction Guaranteed / Return Policy:

Since all my crafts are individually hand-made, there might be some variation.  I make each of them very carefully, and guarantee your satisfaction.  If you are not satisfied with any item for any reason, simply return it to us in the original, unused condition in the original package along with the invoice, within sixty (60) days from the time of receipt.  We will send you a replacement or a refund check, whichever you prefer.  I want you to be absolutely delighted with each and every craft I make. Please note that shipping/handling charges are non-refundable.  You're responsible for shipping/handling charges, and any other charges that might occur for international orders, for the replacement items.

If you receive damaged or defective item, please call or e-mail me within five (5) days from the time of receipt to obtain a Return Authorization Number.  Then send the item back to me in the original package along with the invoice.  I will replace the item without any additional charges.  (Please note that I do not accept returns of damaged/defective items without Return Authorization Number)

New Jersey Residents:

7.00% sales tax will be applied for orders shipped to New Jersey address.

Privacy Policy:

I respect your privacy.  Any information I collect from you is for the purpose of processing your order and/or informing you my service updates.  None of your information will ever be sold, swapped, or given to anyone else.

I would like to send you update on my products, show/class schedule, etc.  If you make a purchase or contact me, I will assume that you would be interested in receiving such information.  If you prefer not, please let me know.  Please be assured that I will never share any of your information with anyone else.
