How-To Place Your Order:

Shop Online
Our on-line shop uses Mal's e-commerce secure server (SSL).  which encrypts all your credit card information, so that it cannot be read or viewed as this information travels over the internet.  At check-out your order will be transferred to Mal's e-commerce transaction server - ww10.aitsafe.com, to protect your credit card information.

 

We also accept payment by PayPal.  You can pay from your PayPal account. Or even you don't have or don't want to create an accout, you can still pay with your credit card using PayPal's secure server.

Payment Options:

Credit cards
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal payments.

Money orders and Personal/business checks
Please allow 5-10 business days for the money order/checks to clear before your order can be shipped.  If we do not receive your full payment within 30 days after you place your order on-line, your order will be cancelled.  Returned checks are subject to a service charge of US$20.00, or the maximum allowed by law.

 

 

Shipping:

We ship orders by US Postal Service, usually within 5 business days after your payment clears.   We will notify you promptly if it will take longer.

Shipping/handling charge:
US$5.75 per shipping within U.S.A. for any size of orders
US$22.75 per shipping to Canada for any size of orders
US$32.75 per shipping to other countries for any size of orders

All international customers are responsible for customs, duties and brokerage fees, which vary by country.  These costs are not included in our shipping/handling charges.  If an international shipment is refused in customs or at the delivery address, the customer is responsible for the return freight in addition to any customs, duties and brokerage fees charged for the return to our address in the United States.

 

 

Back-orders:

We do our best to keep all of our items in stock, however back-orders do occur.  If we do not have the entire items/quantity ordered in stock, we will notify you promptly. 

For US domestic orders
We will first ship in-stock items, then your back-ordered items will be shipped as soon as they come into stock, with no additional shipping charges. Please e-mail or call us if you do not wish to keep your items on backorder.

For International orders
Sorry, at this time we do not backorder out-of-stock items for international orders.

There are no back-orders on "Limited Edition" and/or "Discontinued" items.


Satisfaction Guaranteed / Return Policy:

If you are not satisfied with any item for any reason, simply return it to us in the original, unused condition in the original package along with the invoice, within sixty (60) days from the time of receipt.  We will send you a replacement or a refund check, whichever you prefer.  Shipping/handling charges are non-refundable.  You're responsible for shipping/handling charges, and any other charges that might occur for international orders, for the replacement items.

If you receive damaged or defective item, please call or e-mail us within five (5) days from the time of receipt to obtain a Return Authorization Number.  Then send the item back to us in the original package along with the invoice.  We will replace the item without any additional charges.  (Please note that we do not accept returns of damaged/defective items without Return Authorization Number)

 

 

Sales Tax for New Jersey Residents:

7.00% sales tax will be applied for orders shipped to New Jersey address.
If you have a valid New Jersey exemption certificate, please contact us to make your account tax exempt.

 

 

Privacy Policy:

We respect your privacy.  Any information we collect from you is for the purpose of processing your order and/or informing you our service updates.  None of your information will ever be sold, swapped, or given to anyone else.
